We are an owner-managed consultancy. Established for 30 years. Small enough to work on a personal and customized basis. Big enough to work on complex projects and for large clients. Our consulting team works on the basis of shared values and attitudes and is at the same time versatile and variable in terms of expertise, didactics and geography. early 1990s
Setting off
Eberhard Hauser accompanies his first major transformation project at ARAG-Versicherungs-AG and wins other well-known clients. He experienced German reunification alongside the Board of Management of the former GDR state insurance company during its integration into Allianz AG. He gives many seminars and workshops in the new federal states.
He moves into his first office in Augsburg with a team of four consultants.
Eberhard's enthusiasm for art is expressed in the first Zeitsicht edition, which is published in an edition of 99 copies.

1996
First consultant training
In coaching managers, we experience how effective systemic tools can be in leading people - and develop a curriculum. The first managers start the Systemic Business Coaching training course with Martin Hagen and Eberhard Hauser.
late 1990s
The team is growing

There are now 12 consultants and coaches working in our network - internationally: we travel to Singapore, Thailand, Mexico and Brazil for some projects.
Prof. Oswald Neuberger from the University of Augsburg and Eberhard Hauser begin their collaboration.
Start of cooperation with the Traineeverbund mittelständischer Unterunternehmen and Münchner Rück (later Munich Re). We still work with both clients today.
2000 / 2001
We will hauserconsulting

After Martin Hagen and Eberhard Hauser have worked with each other on numerous projects and more than 500 consulting days, their decision to form a closer cooperation matures: Change Corporation and Hauser & Partner merge in 2001. The new company is called hauserconsulting; the managing directors and owners are Martin Hagen and Eberhard Hauser.
early 2000s
New home

We start working with DATEV, GAD and PwC.
2002 hauserconsulting invites artists to Augsburg for the first time to award an art prize.
In 2003, Eberhard Hauser takes on the teaching assignment of business ethics in cooperation with Oswald Neuberger at the University of Augsburg.
Eberhard Hauser is a speaker at the 1st Coaching Congress, which takes place in Wiesbaden in 2003. The idea of founding a coaching association is born.
2004
Foundation of the DBVC

We are involved in the founding of the DBVC, the German Federal Coaching Association, because we are aware that good coaching requires professional standards. Eberhard Hauser is one of the four founding board members.
Professional standards for coaches (the DBVC Coaching Compendium) and quality standards for coaching training are presented for the first time at the 2005 Coaching Congress.
late 2000s
Professionalization of coaching

With the Quality Conference for Coaching Training Providers set up by Eberhard Hauser, a body is created to ensure compliance with the quality standards for coaching training in the DBVC.
We intensify our cooperation with the University of Augsburg as part of the MBA Systemic Management program
Well-known artists such as Arnulf Rainer, Markus Lüpertz, Daniel Richter, Neo Rauch, Marina Abramovic, Rebecca Horn and Katharina Sieverding commit themselves to the Zeitsicht Art Prize from 2007 and select up-and-coming artists as prize winners.
Our network grows to 25 consultants and coaches.
2005
2010s
The Orgamobile

The Orgamobile emerges from our network: this metaphor reflects the multifaceted processes that we create with our clients.
Neuroscience provides us with valuable impulses for our work and we integrate findings from brain research into our consulting work and further training.
From 2019, Dagmar Thöner will support the hauserconsulting management team as Director.
In 2019, the IOBC - International Organization for Business Coaching is founded. Eberhard Hauser is a founding member and the first member of the Supervisory Board.
35 consultants and coaches are part of our network.
2020s
A decade of upheaval

Covid overshadows everything: within a few days, our core business - bringing people into contact with each other - collapses almost completely. We learn quickly: through close collaboration in our network of consultants and in cooperation with our customers, we develop online formats for meeting people in virtual space.
2021 marks the start of our collaboration with the city of Augsburg
2022 prospective coaches start their 40th coaching training at hauserconsulting
Lukas Fellhauer joins our team of directors alongside Dagmar Thoener
We celebrate 20 years of the Zeitsicht Art Award with a major anniversary exhibition at the Glaspalast Augsburg
From 2024, the Zeitsicht Art Award will become a municipal artaward and will pass into the hands of the City of Augsburg
