Our commitment to sustainability

At hauserconsulting, it is our aim to have a lasting impact on our customers through our work. In line with this, as a leading management consultancy in the field of coaching and organizational development, we are aware of our responsibility towards the environment, society and our stakeholders. Our sustainability efforts are deeply anchored in our corporate DNA and reflect our determination to create a sustainable future for all.
Key stakeholders in the area of ​​sustainability for our company are our permanent and freelance employees (hereinafter referred to as employees), but also our business partners and of course our customers.

We have identified the following areas of action and defined corresponding guidelines and principles of action for our employees.

Sustainable mobility and travel

We rely on sustainable mobility and prefer to travel to customers and internal events by train in order to reduce our carbon footprint. When holding meetings and events, we carefully weigh up the effort and added value of being present versus online.

Environmentally friendly energy

Our offices are supplied exclusively with electricity from renewable energies.

This reduces our ecological footprint and contributes to climate protection.
Resource efficiency and sustainable office

We demand and promote the use of digital documents in order to minimize paper consumption. Where the use of paper cannot be avoided, we use recycled paper and paper made from FSC-certified wood.
Our office furniture was made by a regional carpenter from local wood, which promotes regional economic cycles. We work with efficient LED lighting for a resource-efficient workplace.
For the work equipment and electronic devices in the office, we check the use of goods that are "refurbished". We return old devices to a service provider who ensures that they are reconditioned and reused or, if this is not possible, ensures that they are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

Sustainable conference rooms, accommodation and events

When booking conference rooms and hotels, we prefer sustainable companies that are also committed to sustainability and have documented this with appropriate certificates or declarations. At events and conferences that we organize, we provide healthy, unpackaged snacks from sustainable suppliers. We only order vegetarian catering, preferably organic.

Social commitment

When it comes to social commitment, we carry out projects at reduced daily rates - and our employees also contribute to being able to carry out such projects cost-effectively.
We are involved in a variety of volunteer activities and take on social responsibility in our communities. As a company, we support and promote these efforts in order to make a positive contribution to society. As a company, we are involved in a variety of cultural and charitable activities in Augsburg's urban society. With the Haus des Stiftens, we promote sustainable civic engagement.

Cohesion

All of our work is aimed at developing human potential and promoting cohesion among people. That is why any diversity of people is valuable and important to us. We reject any form of discrimination based on race, origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation or age.

Our work with our customers also has an impact on social progress in the area of ​​sustainability. By developing people and organizations and opening up new opportunities, we help to enable the ecological and social transformation of the systems and organizations we advise and train.

When working with our customers, we also ask about their sustainability strategy and sustainability goals in order to include them in our work with customers and to support them in implementing and achieving their goals.
