For this purpose we have designed our Leadership Toolbox – an electronic knowledge resource that offers quickly accessible leadership knowledge for daily use. The toolbox encompasses over 30 individual “Leadership Cards” of which each covers a central leadership topic – designed for easy application. Our clients often use the Leadership Cards in their leadership development curricula.  By sending the Leadership Cards in combination with a reflection task to the seminar participants prior to the seminar, the participants can better mentally prepare for the seminar. This way, trainers dive deep into the subject matter earlier and more efficiently in the seminar.
