Coaching

You are facing a complex, ill-defined problem? You have unsolved challenges concerning a role change, career choices, your ability to deal with conflict or your personal standing in the company? We support you in a highly individualized way.

For good reasons coaching has been a central facet of our work at hauserconsulting for years. In the classic coaching process we work with you on your job-related challenges and development topics. We always start out with a thorough analysis of your central questions and create a development plan for the coaching process. In four to six coaching sessions, each app. 3-4 hours, you then develop your individual solution to your problem together with us.

If your issue is more of an acute nature (e.g. in a situation of crisis, after an assessment center or a after a training), we suggest a Focus-Coaching. Here, we focus on a well-defined concrete issue/goal specified in advance which we work on in 1-2 sessions.

Our certified quality: We are officially recognized* as a provider of coaching services by the DBVC - German Federal Association of Executive Coaching (registered association). Furthermore we train future coaches in our continuing education curriculum “Systemic Business Coach”, which is recognized by the DBVC as well. Last but not least, given managing director Eberhard Hauser´s work on the board of the DBVC we actively invest our resources in the development of coaching into a profession.

* ”Recognized” is the official term used by the DBVC to denote its standards have been met.
