Eberhard Hauser

Eberhard Hauser studied psychology and business administration in Hamburg and Paris. Furthermore he received professional training to become a systemic consultant and gestalt therapist.

As founder and managing director of hauserconsulting Eberhard has been accompanying corporations and individual managers on their endeavors for organizational or personal change since 1989. His focus areas are executive coaching, leadership trainings, culture and organization development as well as crisis and conflict management.  Furthermore he is a trainer in hauserconsulting´s curriculum “Systemic Business Coach” and a lectures at the University of Augsburg

Eberhard Hauser is a founding member, was director of the board and is since 2012 President of the Advisory Board of the DBVC - German Federal Association of Executive Coaching. Here, he has been working on the professionalization of coaching in German-speaking countries since 2004.
