Project Management
Almost everywhere, companies are putting more emphasis on cross-departmental project work in order to find good solutions to important questions. This work across the hierarchy can, however, often trigger tension, conflicts and resistance in the organisational areas involved.
A structured and transparent approach combined with active “project marketing” can minimise these problems. The social and communicative side is thus just as important as a well-founded knowledge of efficient project and change management tools.
In supervision, coaching, training, and special curricula, we convey a holistic approach to projects, in order to integrate the project aims with the personal possibilities of the project members:
- You acquire many and varied methods and psychological know-how for the successful planning, structuring, implementation and guidance of projects.
- You receive tools of the trade for more complete control of group-dynamic processes.
- You are made more sensitive to the general phenomena in large organizations and learn to make use of these in your work.
- All curricula explicitly accompany the implementation in ongoing projects of what has been learnt.
