Personality Development
We live in a working world in which rigid concepts of hierarchy are being put to the test. Ever more specialists are taking over management tasks (f. ex. in projects) and increasing numbers of managers are remaining in demand as specialists. The quality of these “knowledge workers” will increasingly determine a company’s level of success.
Such a working world needs strong personalities who have healthy self-confidence and are open to critical feedback; who want to get to know themselves and others better and to swiftly have the clarity of thought to carry out important decisions.
Our main topics during the past few years were:
- seminars for the maintenance of performance capability (work-life balance)
- “privatissima” seminars for the ethical determining of position
- communication seminars (rhetoric, dialectic, social and emotional competence)
- media training in television studio presentation seminars
- range of further training “Systemic Training and Coaching” (see “Coaching und Consulting-Skills”)
- individual coaching (see “Coaching”)
