The expectations and requirements for management personnel have continually risen during the last twenty years. With increasing complexity and speed of change, management personnel today must time and again search for new ways of achieving their aims.

Our programmes for management personnel are wide-ranging. We not only train in tried and tested management techniques, but also regard the development of an autonomous and self-aware personality as an essential condition for lasting management success. Findings from system theory and chaos research give additional input for the overcoming of complicated problems.

During the last few years, the focus of our company-internal work has changed: our curricula are more than general training events that convey management skill. In the development of management personnel, we work on the concrete fields of change of the participant and so our seminars achieve a high level of practical relevance.
