Conflict and Crisis Intervention
In working relationships, and in work with teams, tension and escalation occur time after time. Normally, the management personnel themselves cope with these situations. But sometimes, a situation escalates and it becomes difficult for all those involved to pull themselves “out of the swamp”.
An uninvolved third party can help to relax a tangled and emotionally loaded situation, and to open up new doors to easier cooperation.
Necessary in these situations are:
- neutral observation from outside, to analyse the situation from many perspectives
- the joint drawing up of an action strategy with individual people and the entire system
- the external moderation and/or mediation of difficult conversations or workshops
