An Example Change Management

A major IT service provider faces a large number of complex questions:

  • How do we integrate a newly acquired company into the group?
  • How do we introduce the correct organisational structure?
  • Who should be in the future management team?

We accompany our clients on several levels
in this extensive change project.

  • Advising of the Change Team / Project Office
    The overall design of the change process is developed in a joint retreat with the client and then implemented stage by stage. This involves a comprehensive architecture of change as well as practical questions of communication.
  • Qualification of the Management Personnel
    The managers take a close look at the subject of change management & leadership in several workshops and are individually supported in their individual questions.
  • Coaching of Project Leaders
    In this project phase, several managers with responsibility for parts of projects work repeatedly with one coach, who supports them in their activity. This often concerns the question of the best ways to motivate and manage the project employees (internal and external).
  • Supporting the (new) Teams
    Some of the newly assembled teams receive support from experienced team developers, in order to facilitate and accelerate cohesion.
