Our Three Fields of
Social Commitment

1. Commitment to our Profession:

Deutscher Bundesverband Coaching e.V. (DBVC)
Since the founding of the German Coaching Association (DBVC) we have been committed to working for clear and binding standards of quality for coaching in Germany. As a member of the board of directors, Eberhard Hauser manages, among others, the working group “Quality Standards for Further Coaching Training”.

2. Commitment to Social Projects

Aid to Russia
We are involved in a direct aid project in Kurgan, the poorest region in Russia. Here, children and families are supported so that they can develop their own perspectives for life and training.

3. Commitment to Art and Culture:

ZEITSICHT
Since 1990, one edition of ZEITSICHT (view of time) has been published every year. In this magazine, which appears in a limited edition, artists deal with the subject of time and the experiencing of time. Since 2002, ZEITSICHT has also been awarding an international art prize. Until recently, the winner was selected each year from more than 300 contestants by an expert jury. From this year on, internationally renowned artists will, on a rotating basis, choose the annual winner on their own initiative, without prior application.

Augsburg Mozart Festival
In 2004, we were sponsors of the Mozart Festival in Augsburg, in which the cultural heritage of this city is nurtured. The grandfather (Leopold), father (Wolfgang Amadeus) and finally the son (Franz Xaver) are impressively brought to life in top-calibre events at historical sites.

We talk with others about our work and current social topics.

This often leads to surprising results for all those concerned and to new impulses for work and personal actions.

We also see our commitment beyond the actual coaching as a possibility to broaden our horizon and to make things possible which might otherwise have been difficult to implement.
