Coaching Training Overview
The ability to be able to advise other people in a qualified manner has become a valuable resource in our organisations. More and more clients and colleagues not only want us to advise them, but they even want to learn the concepts and methods of systemic consultation.
In our 18-month, in-service vocational training course “Systemic Consultation and Coaching” we have made our hand tool accessible to an interested circle. Many of our clients and many independent consultants have profited from this opportunity for further professionalisation for nearly 10 years now.
We also offer these modules as a corporate seminar series. This is extremely practical vocational training for internal project managers, human resource consultants and quality managers who want to develop themselves into genuine business partners for their internal customers.
